Today I added - in their appropriate areas, by issue date - the following:

New Notes:

Feb. 17th, 1776 $2

May 9th, 1776 $3

Sept. 26th, 1778 $60 Contemporary Counterfeit. This is a different one from the one that is already posted there. This "new" note is a counterfeit that is not identified and listed in Newman's book. (Does this make it rare?)

Upgrades:

Photos of higher grade notes were put in place of the lower grade notes already posted there. The lower grade notes were ferreted out of my collection. (The recently upgraded out of my collection, difficult to find $2 5/76 VF note with a weak SN and clear signatures will be sold. There is no longer a photo of this note on the Broken Bank Notes Message Board.)

May 9th, 1776 $2

Sept. 26th, 1778 $60

These are today's changes.

Regards,

Ed R.
