Greg,

I did a search on google for something and was led to this Heritage site:
http://currency.ha.com/common/auction/c ... =3500&src=

Notice that this site lists all of the lots (including prices realized and the whole lot description) for one auction on one page. This might be much easier to parse into a spreadsheet or the data base than scanned catalog pages or even their online archives. You can also download a pdf version of the auction.

I have not been able to get to this site from the Heritage home page. It almost seems like they are hiding this site?

Excellenty find! Thanks! If only the other auction houses would put their information in such a clear and useful form.

Any thoughts about how to get to the Early American auction information?

I seem to remember that Early American used to have several of their latest catalogs archived. But not any more.

I do have their catalogs for about the last 6-8 years. Unfortunately, they are packed in boxes with many other older catalogs. I hope to organize them some time.

Since Early American had all of these auctions online at some point, they must still exist on some hard drive. Have you tried asking them if you could use those for research purposes?

No. That's a good idea.
